ROAR non-timing ESC list updated

After considerable work by the Technical Director, Ron Schuur, ROAR has established testing parameters for ESCs that feature zero timing modes. The new procedures and equipment were used to precisely measure if any timing is provided electronically through the ESC. The list of approved ESCs that resulted from the first round of tests are now published on the approved brushless ESC list. ESCs that do not appear on the list have either failed to meet the proper standards as required for ROAR competition, or they have not been submitted for approval.
