FEE INCREASES
It has been a number of years since ROAR has increased fees for the various categories of membership. During that time, costs have increased in many areas especially the cost of insurance per member (which has increased by as much as 70%) and all travel related costs.
As a reminder, no one receives compensation for their work on the Executive Committee other than reimbursement for expenses incurred on behalf of ROAR and a complimentary annual membership. Our Administrator and members of the Race Management Team are paid a contracted rate which has not been increased in several years and are also reimbursed for basic travel expenses. No increases to those contracted rates are planned as a result of these fee increases. All income from increases will be used for ROAR operations / events.
Affiliate members are reminded that their membership must remain current in order to maintain any product approvals they have received.
Effective January 1, 2023 ROAR membership fees will be:
- Individual membership - $40
- Additional family members residing at the same address - $25
- Single event membership - $30
- Track / Club Membership - $75
- Affiliate (Manufacturer) Membership - $200
